Newbridge seconds were full of running and their forwards tackled well. They fell behind in the 4th minute with a North Kildare try but from then on it was the Rosetown side who excelled in every department. Newbridge scored tries in the first half from Cian Scanlon, Zach Meehan, Brian Kelly, Cian Scanlon, and Zach Meehan. Two of them were converted by outhalf Fergal Doyle to leave the score at 29 points to 8. In the second period Newbridge scores came from Paidi Davies, Jack Sheehan, Alan O’Connor, Paddy Corbett with Fergal Doyle converting 4 tries.
